These Terms of Service describe the guidelines for using the iChapel website and its resources, ministries, and services. By using this website, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

Our Purpose

iChapel exists to encourage people in their faith, provide opportunities for prayer, share Christian resources, and offer information about ministry services.

The content provided through iChapel is intended for spiritual encouragement, education, and general information. It is not intended to replace professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice or services.

The iChapel Prayer Room

The iChapel Prayer Room provides visitors with an opportunity to submit prayer requests and participate in prayer.

Prayer requests submitted through a private prayer-request form will be handled with care and used for the purpose of prayer and, when requested, responding to the person who submitted the request.

Submitting a prayer request does not create a counseling, pastoral-care, medical, or other professional relationship.

If you or someone else is facing an immediate emergency or is in danger, please contact the appropriate emergency services rather than relying on the iChapel Prayer Room for urgent assistance.

Community Prayer

Some iChapel features may direct visitors to a prayer community or another third-party service where people can share and pray for requests together.

Information voluntarily posted in a community or public setting may be visible to others. Please use discretion when sharing personal information about yourself or another person.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms, privacy practices, and community guidelines.

Respectful Use

iChapel is intended to be a welcoming and respectful place.

Please do not use the website or its forms to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, intentionally disruptive, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

iChapel reserves the right to remove or disregard submissions that misuse the website or its ministry resources.

Weddings, Funerals, and Ministry Services

Information on iChapel concerning weddings, funerals, memorials, or other ministry services is provided for informational purposes.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or create an agreement for services. Specific arrangements, responsibilities, availability, and any applicable costs will be discussed separately before services are confirmed.

Books and Other Resources

iChapel may provide information about books, devotional materials, teaching resources, and other content created by Brian or made available through third parties.

Purchases made through third-party websites, such as booksellers or other service providers, are subject to the terms, policies, pricing, availability, and fulfillment practices of those third parties.

External Links

iChapel may contain links to other websites and online services.

These links are provided for convenience or as additional resources. iChapel does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, original written content, graphics, branding, and other materials created specifically for iChapel may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.

Scripture quotations and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective copyright holders and publishers.

Availability of the Website

We hope to keep iChapel available and useful, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Website features, content, or services may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued when necessary.

Limitation of Responsibility

iChapel makes reasonable efforts to provide helpful and accurate information, but website content and services are provided for general informational and ministry purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, iChapel is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on website content, interruption of website availability, third-party websites, or misuse of the site’s resources.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

Information submitted through iChapel is handled according to the iChapel Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how that information is used and handled.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as iChapel grows or as its website, ministries, or services change.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Contact iChapel

If you have questions about these Terms of Service or your use of the iChapel website, please contact:

iChapel
Email: theichapel@gmail.com

Terms of Service Last Updated: October 21, 2026 Welcome to iChapel.
